Certified Christian Life Coach
I’m a Certified Christian Life Coach, former chemical engineer and people leader, and a mom who understands burnout all too well. When I realized the work I loved was pulling me away from what mattered most, God invited me into a new calling.
Rooted in my identity as a child of God, I help women cultivate greater peace through gentle habit shifts, renewed thought life, and faith-centered reflection. Just as there are coaches for health, career, or finances, I come alongside you as you pursue peace in your everyday life.
